Middleby Residential plans to expand its newly designed showroom in the second half of 2022. Currently located in the Merchandise Mart in downtown Chicago, this new space at LuxeHome will double the size with more than 7,000 square feet. Designs by Jaime Laurita, award-winning showroom designer, chef, creative director for Middleby residential, and influencer for Viking Range are underway.

In an article with Kitchen Bath and Business, Middleby Residential President says "we are confident in the benefits of our presence at LuxeHome at theMART and are excited to expand our space for heightened visibility."

The featured brands will be Viking, La Cornue, AGA, Lynx, U-Line, Marvel, Evo and Brava.

Designer for the space, Jaime Laurita tells KBB "our current showroom is stunning and very well-utilized, but it’s time to build a much bigger stage to put on the complete Middleby Residential show. The energy and natural light in our expanded, bright space is awe inspiring, and we cannot wait to bring it to life through our world-renowned luxury brands. We are thrilled to more than double our size and activate even more models to allow clients to test drive to their heart’s content.”

The current boutique, located at Merchandise Mart Suite 137, will remain open until the new space is ready. The new space will be in Suite 100 at LuxeHome at theMart.
