With their casual atmospheres, neighborhood bistros make you feel at home with simple and honest cooking. You can re-create that atmosphere at home with this beautiful bistro menu.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Making and baking tarts; using a mandoline; preparing a classical French potato dish; roasting to perfection.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
