Creative, nutritious, bursting with flavor - the cuisine of Thailand is considered amongst the world's finest. This bold and vibrant exotic fare is not difficult to make once you understand a few basic techniques, ingredients and taste combinations. In this exclusive workshop, teens learn to successfully cook the same simple foods that Thai people make at home every day, including the most beloved dessert of Thailand.
