One of the world's most popular confections, chocolate chemically affects the brain in much the same manner as falling in love. No other sweet so powerfully excites the human palate. Prepare confections, cakes and custards that are sure to impress even the most discriminating chocolate connoisseur in this chocoholic's fantasy class.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Working with milk, semisweet, bittersweet and white chocolate; making an herbal infusion; preparing custard; baking in a water bath; making, whipping and enrobing with ganache; working with modeling chocolate.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
