Holiday Cocktail Party
A holiday cocktail party stimulates lively conversation and brings you rave reviews about the food. Vibrant flavors, bright cheerful colors, and varied textures make these fabulous finger foods refreshingly unique. They’re easy to make, and even easier to eat.
SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Making quick and easy holiday hors d’oeuvres; making a glaze; grilling beef and testing for doneness; cooking shrimp perfectly every time; working with traditional Asian ingredients; preparing an easy, yet impressive, dessert.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
