Indian Feast
The pervasive aroma of Indian spices wafts through the air as you sip on a glass of masala chai. This gastronomically adventuresome workshop promises to transport you to realms of epicurean delight. And the cooking is almost as entertaining as the eating!
SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Cooking with traditional Indian ingredients; making Indian pastry dough; preparing a traditional Indian snack; preparing perfect curry.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
