Easy Summer Dinner Party

A relaxed host or hostess is the key to a successful dinner party, but planning a menu for an evening with guests can prove quite intimidating. With this quick and easy summer menu, you and your guests will enjoy fabulous food without all the fuss. Come alone, bring a friend, or invite your entire supper club for a uniquely casual but elegant dining experience.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Preparing a dry rub; grilling fish and determining doneness; making classic Green Goddess dressing (also known as Retro Ranch); making the perfect summer dessert.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.

• Dry Rub Barbecued Salmon with Summer Tomato, Sweet Pepper and Cucumber Relish
• Salad of Butter Lettuce, Radishes and Roasted Corn with Green Goddess Dressing
