Delta Dinner and Blues

Did you know that Viking ranges are proudly produced right in the heart of the Mississippi Delta? Home to legendary blues musicians Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters and B.B. King, the Delta is known for great music - and great food! So come listen to some blues while dining on the best of the Mississippi Delta.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Making and handling masa; stuffing, rolling and steaming tamales; cooking fish and testing for doneness; preparing salad dressing; cooking custard; making and browning mile-high meringue.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
