Fourth of July Celebration
Baseball, barbecue and lazy days spent by the pool - it’s summertime, and the living is easy. Plan an outdoor cookout for the Fourth to kick off the season. We’ll set off fireworks in the kitchen as we create our colorful, casual summer menu.
SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Working with yeast dough; making, shaping and grilling pizza; oven-smoking and grilling ribs; roasting potatoes; making a vinaigrette.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
