Girls' Night Out: The Islands
Escape to "the islands" with your girlfriends to learn hot new cooking tips and techniques for preparing an irresistible Caribbean feast. Relax, unwind and indulge your passions for great food and fun - island style.
SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Making jerk sauce; handling and preparing poultry safely; pounding and skewering chicken; crisping greens and making vinaigrette; cooking shrimp perfectly every time; making and browning meringue.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
