Salad Workshop

Salads are light, simple and quick to throw together - ideal for dining on the patio or by the pool. You will enjoy many warm, languorous nights spent casually dining with friends on these vibrantly fresh and imaginative salads.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Breaking the hum-drum salad habit; making a composed salad, noodle salad, seafood salad, bean salad and bread salad; making a vinaigrette; crisping greens; pan-searing poultry; cooking shrimp and scallops perfectly every time.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
