Girls' Night Out: At the Tapas Bar

Originally a small portion of food included in the bar-price of a glass of wine, beer or sherry, tapas were designed to accompany good drinks and lively conversation. This tradition has evolved into one of the most appealing dining styles ever created - little plates of colorful, flavorful food. Escape to Spain with your girlfriends for a fun night out at the "tapas bar."

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Peeling, deveining and cooking shrimp; preparing traditional Spanish sauces; making the perfect Spanish omelet; roasting and marinating peppers.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
