In this exciting camp, teens prepare their favorite recipes from the culinary world's most popular celebrity chefs. Day 5 culminates in a Cajun-spiced buffet inspired by the Food Network's biggest star, Emeril Lagasse. Bam!
DAY 1 - Mario Batali: Prosciutto and Apple Salad; Roasted Red Pepper Gnocchi with Tomatoes, Olives and Oregano; Cinnamon Chocolate Pudding.
DAY 2 - Bobby Flay: Yucatan-Style Chicken Skewers with Papaya-Tomatillo Salsa; Southwestern Fries; Fudge Brownie Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches.
DAY 3 - Giada De Laurentiis: Stuffed Mushrooms; Pork Milanese; Baked Mashed Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese and Breadcrumbs; Broccoli Florets with Meyer Lemon Olive Oil; Nectarine and Blueberry Crisp with Amaretti Cookie Topping.
DAY 4 - Rachael Ray: Mini Chipotle Beef Burgers with Fire-Roasted Garlic Ketchup; Honey Mustard Chicken Wings; Stacked Panini Sticks; Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies; Sunrise Fizz
DAY 5 - Emeril Lagasse: Ka-Bam Kabobs with Baby Bam; Louisiana Garlic Bread; Smoked Gouda Cheese Macaroni; Crème Brulee.
Ages 12 to 15, 2½ hours daily; Day 5 - 3 hours with a buffet served to invited guests the last ½ hour; limit 2 guests per child.
