In this rowdy Texas round-up, kids learn to make a cheese sauce, layer a casserole, cook corn and put the finishing touches on a delicious Mexican cake. Additionally, kids learn how to read and follow a recipe, measure ingredients, and follow the basic rules for kitchen safety and sanitation - all valuable skills to last a lifetime!

Kids 7 to 12.
