Delta Duck Dinner
Join us for an evening demonstration class here in the Mississippi Delta Flyway. With the season drawing to a close and freezers full of ducks, now is the time to try new recipes and learn new techniques.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
