America enjoys a long, enduring love affair with steak. Juicy sizzling cuts of beef along with mouthwatering side dishes are all the rage. Enjoy the pleasures of good food, good wine and good company while creating classic steakhouse recipes.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Grilling steak and testing for doneness; creating crusty grill marks; making compound butter; making homemade salad dressing and croutons.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
