Best of Class: Grilling Seafood

Grilling is one of the hottest cooking trends in America today, and there is no better cooking method for highlighting the fresh, clean flavors of fish and shellfish. So fire up the grill to learn tips and techniques for preparing moist, succulent seafood dishes on your grill at home.

Grilling classes may be conducted either indoors or outdoors, depending upon the weather and the individual teaching kitchen facility. All recipes are adaptable and user-friendly for indoor/outdoor cooking. Consult your local store for details.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
