SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Making soup; grilling to perfection; creating crosshatch grill marks; testing for doneness; making court bouillon; cooking live Maine lobster and testing for doneness; breaking down lobster; making a cream-based sauce; baking a simple buttery cake; making homemade caramel sauce.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
