Does the thought of preparing a romantic meal for your special someone make your heart skip a beat? Well, no need for fear. Get ready to heat up the kitchen and warm your soul preparing heart-melting dishes that are made with love in mind. Cook with culinary aphrodisiacs such as lobster, asparagus, mushrooms and Champagne. We'll round out the meal with fantastically fun Red Velvet Whoopie Pies - the perfect ending to a memorable night.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Working with yeast; making and baking crispy flatbread; sautéing wild mushrooms; searing and roasting beef; testing beef for doneness; poaching shellfish in butter; testing shellfish for doneness; roasting asparagus; preparing an emulsion sauce; making and baking mini cakes; making and piping frosting.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
