Alaska Seafood Essentials Series - Day 4: Shrimp and Scallops

We are so blessed to have pristine waters right out our collective backdoor!  In this exclusive cooking series, learn new techniques to enjoy the ocean's bounty at home.  Each week will focus on a specific creature and locally-grown, in-season produce fresh from that day's farmers' market.  These classes are set as a demo with hands-on participation. Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
