All New! Around the World Holiday Cookie Swap 2012

By far our most popular class of the season, everyone loves making holiday cookies. This year, we offer a whole new variety of classic cookies from around the world, perfect for your own cookie swap party or Holiday Open House.

All of these cookies keep well - even improve - when kept airtight in your favorite holiday tins or in the freezer, so make double batches! Have fun decorating our child-approved Lightly-spiced Gingerbread People with classic royal icing, sprinkles, and sugar crystals.

Learn the secrets to making the best tart and tender Rugelach as passed down from generations of Jewish grandmothers ("Beware, you can?t eat just one!"). Create a mouthful of airy blissful Meringue Cookies highlighted by the crunch of peppermint candy and a drizzle of dark chocolate.

Travel with us to the Middle East and sample Pistachio Shortbread (dipped in chocolate if you like), and discover two of Italy's favorite Christmas cookies: Brutti Ma Buoni and Panaforte from Sienna. And finally, let's surprise everyone with a Hawaiian Holiday favorite, The Pineapple "King" Tiki drop cookie with sweet tropical flavors.

Students leave with an assortment of freshly baked cookies to share with family and friends.
