Berry Tarts & Galettes

Impress your family and friends when you learn how to bake tarts. Create beautiful berry tarts, linzer tarts and master the art of the French-created, light and crispy tart known as the Galette. Unlike plain pie crust, a tart crust should have flavor and texture that could stand alone. Work with hazelnuts, almonds and a sweet cornmeal crust.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
