Food and Wine Pairing: Napa Valley Style
Swirl, sniff, sip and savor the world’s most intriguing beverage. Learn innovative tasting and evaluation techniques for pairing the bounty of California with your favorite Napa wines. In just a couple of hours, you’ll develop a better understanding of how to select the perfect wine for any dish and the dynamics behind matching the flavors.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
