Manhattan magazine hosted a festive holiday luncheon with its partners at Middleby Residential in their lovely showroom in the A&D building in Manhattan. Interior designers gathered to mingle over bubbly while perusing the brand’s latest kitchen products, and in-house chef Jackie Rothong prepared a 3-course meal on a Viking range, demonstrating her Chestnut Soup and Slow Roasted Salmon with Citrus and Chilies for the group. Each guest left with a gift bag including a mix for the chef’s Brown Butter Toffee cookies and a branded whisk.
