I am writing to tell you what a great employee you have in Shana Koch. I recently called Customer Service after I purchased Viking appliances during my kitchen renovation, two appliances, the refrigerator and the dishwasher, were floor models and I was told they were one year old and came with a three year Viking warranty. The refrigerator would not come out of showroom mode. I spoke with Shana and she looked up the appliances and had to inform me that both were six years old and had no warranty. She was very king and thoughtful delivering this unpleasant news. Shana even looked up all my other Viking appliances and even filed their warranties.
